I cannot fault the dental care at Shipston but the prices are so high that will be the factor as to whether I continue with them

Arrived at 10:30 for my 10:30 appointment and sat for less than a minute before being called. Nurse was friendly. Hygienist engaged me in conversation putting me right at ease. Explanations were clear. Very professional from start to finish

I was given an appointment at the earliest possible opportunity after I had sustained the damage to my tooth. The receptionists, when I made the appointment, when I checked in and out, were all very helpful. The dentist, Ian, explained what he needed to do before my treatment started. He also gave me the chance to opt out of having an injection when I explained that I'm needle phobic (but left open the option of changing my mind if I found the procedure painful). I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at any time during the procedure. I would highly recommend Shipston Dental Practice, as I always receive excellent care there.
