My initial appointment was for impressions for a new bite guard. My dentist and dental nurse took time and great care to make accurate impressions for my replacement. This recent appointment was a follow-up to review how I had been managing with my new bite guard. I had never had this before with other dentists so was very impressed with the after care. The bite guard had fitted comfortably without the need for any adjustments. Again this was a first for me as other dentists had needed to file the guard to get it to fit well. However, the new guard was a little loose which concerned me. I was able to discuss options with the dentist who even telephoned the technician lab whilst I was there. Ultimately I was offered a full refund which again I did not expect but was very welcome.

I had pain from an infection, they fitted me in quickly to investigate the cause and prescribed antibiotics straight away. The service that I received was first class.

The staff from the reception team to the dental nurse and dentist are all friendly and put you at ease. The surgery is very clean. My needs were listened too and there was no unnecessary treatment.

My tooth broke in the morning, I phoned Shipston Dental at about 8.30 and the receptionist made sure that she could offer me an appointment on the same day - even though she had to offer several options before I was able to take an appointment. I didn't wait long before going in to my appointment. The dentist was not one I'd seen before and took the time to make sure that I was happy with her. She gave me a couple of options fro my treatment, told me the cost before she started the work and explained every step as she went through the process. I was especially impressed that she had taken the time to read my notes and was aware of something that impacted on how the treatment offered would be done. I cannot praise the dentist and support staff highly enough; I was well looked after and felt safe throughout the entire process.

Usual excellent service BUT patient portal update system is a big problem as I am not a hand-fixed mobile person.

Very high standard of clinical care. Only negative experience was of the person on reception when I was there. She seemed very detached from her role, and made no eye contact in communication. I felt that she was indifferent to my presence. Clinical staff, however, are excellent.

Very welcoming receptionist, put me at ease. Everything on time. Feels well run.
