Everything really, from the recepton to the clinician were all excellent.

My dentist listened to the history leading up to this emergency appointment and then proceed to undertake a thorough examination, tests and xrays . She explained every step she was taking ensuring that I was as in as little discomfort as possible. I left the surgery relieved and with clear answers.From making the appointment to my visit to the surgery the reception staff have been friendly, helpful but also professional

Dentist is fantastic and knowledgeable. Dental nurses are great. Reception team are happy to help .Prices are clear and transparent. Just seems very well managed.

Everyone so helpful and kind taking into account my failing health and inability to walk up stairs with little helpful handles and a ramp. No one knows what it is like to lose these abilities when one gets older one thinks it will never happen to them but it will.

Really good service on all counts, I only reservation is not about the quality but I'd whole heartedly recommend to anyone who could afford private dental care but couldn't recommend to those who maybe aren't so fortunate financially, but this is no reflection on my experience which is consistently excellent and has been for the last 20 years+

My dentist Dr Newbold and her dental nurse (didn’t catch name) were wonderful, patient and super efficient. The dream team. It’s the first dentist appointment I have ever had where I didn’t feel rushed. Prior to the appointment Ebony had so much patience with the many questions I put to her and responses were lightning fast. She consistently underpromised and overdelivered
